You cant smoke Halibut/wsb

MYTH

havent been fishing much because the surf has just been too damn good. had some spare time so i set out to debunk a common misconception.



2 hour brine in:

water
sea salt
soy sauce
brown sugar
garlic powder
granulated onion


lightly pat dry with a paper towel and throw on the smoker


200 degrees or less for 2 hours, oak/applewood.


perfectly moist, flaky and delicious.


ill let you experiment with the amounts of everything but after many sources telling me it cant be done efficiently, i think i like it better than smoked YT!!!!
