No action for me until around 5pm. Ended up going 1 for 3 on flylined spanish. 9 pounds on the nose. Not a biggie, but it's lunch/dinner for tomorrow. Time your launch good if you are headed out tomorrow. Waves were at least 2-3. |

Nice Mark! I got down there early hoping to beat the bass rush. Not. Still, wasn't too crowded. Bounced my way up to flat rock and back, 30-45ft, with only one heartbreaker guitarfish. Landed around 1:00 hoping to have missed the returning bass crowd. Not. Again, not too crowded and it was good to see a few friendly faces. Sounded like the usual suspects did well but that overall it was tough. Water seems to have turned over.
Caught two WSB by the pier. They were about a foot long.
