Mystery Fish

Can you identify this mystery fish?
It's about 12 inches long. C&R in SD Bay Saturday.
No reward, just bragging rights and my thanks.

Sea robin, deffinately. I've been fishing SD bay for 40 years and have never caught one, seen one caught, or heard of one caught until now. Its always cool to catch some thing unusual.

Very cool!!! Never seen one local. Did it walk and talk?

I'm not kidding they both vocalize (croak) and can walk on their front legs.

That is the craziest thing ever, a fish with crab/lobster legs that walks! Crazy
