Try asking that question at alantani.com It's a good site for reel repair/maintenance issues. They may refer you to bocabearings.

bocabearings.com shows them for the 545, you might take some measurements and give them a shot.

Boca bearings will have them. Just pull your bearings out and measure them and order individually if need be. I've had to do that on a few different reels
