You can pull in to load and unload by the gate that leads to the beach area.

We've parked there before 6am and never had in issue, by the time we were ready to go and head to the water it was probably after 0540. As always, park at your own risk

why not park on the other side of the water near the last fishing dock?

At high tide you can be standing in thigh deep water. Inconvenient, at the least, if you have to unload a bunch of a stuff. Coastguard launch sounds good. Thanks.

If you walk down between the buildings (to the bathrooms) and go left you can walk your yak all the way to the beach. That's why I launch there (plus, the bathrooms).
