What are the legalities of it? Can you get KUI (Kayaking Under the Influence)? In Santa Barbara they give out BUI's (Biking Under the Influence) at the cyclic rate.

They could alsways use the catch all drunk in public......The charge is based on the officers opinion and they dont give a breath test or field sobriety...... Its based on if the officer believes you can care for your safety or that of others....... If they contact you id be polite.....
