A busy day...4/27/10

Got lucky on a 58# white sea monster. Inhaled the jig 5 feet from the boat! This was not a pretty fight..super stressful since I got a good look at the fish before hooking it....in and out of the kelp....pop pop pop....oh yeah......passed off my bait and bolted for the launch.



Gave a lecture/lab to the fine children of Mrs. Ganade's 1st grade class at Jefferson Elementary in Carlsbad. Eli was stoked.

My wife is a teacher (1st grade) - the kids LOVE it when I bring stuff by. Gotta love the hand sanitizer in that shot, by the towel...
