LJ 9-20 AM (ish)

So, my wonderful girlfriend doesnt want me to leave the house at 4:30 am anymore since I only come down on the weekends from 29 palms, which means no more 0 dark 30 launches for me.

Sunday morning, launched around 9:15 and decided I would make bait on the way out to where I wanted to fish instead of the usual detour to a few certain booeys that I like. This resulted in me actually having to work a little harder for some bait but finally found some spanish and one very large greenie.

Started to drag around the spaniards for a few nice calico's

which always makes me happy (not a fan of the skunk). I tossed a surface iron for a little while just for the heck of it which produced a couple toothy critters

Other than that, met a few nice people who warned me of a dog gone rampant, who I thankfully never ran into, and got a nice racing stripe (tan line from my glasses).
I'll call it another beautiful day on the water!
