RAM mounts are great products, I use them on my kayak for my GPS/sonar and a rod holder. Are they made in the USA?

They also have all sorts of rod holders and marine electronics mounts. The mounts use a ball and socket design, so you can move them around. You get a lot more flexibility with the RAM mounts than you do with fixed mounts. Looking at the RAM website, I noticed that they now have saltwater-specific rod holders. The old aluminum rod tubes hold up pretty well, but I'd like to try the composite/stainless steel tubes (RAP 119SW) when I do my next install.

I have one of my revolution rodholders that the clamp cracked.
Are they repairable? |

Hey Andrew,
Why are the new Revolution Tube holders not coming with a spring on the clamp? It makes it much harder to get these things on and off of the ball. Any idea? |
