SD Bay Halibut on the chew!!

Got 5 halibut today... Here are two, one of these weighed 4 lbs 12 ozs... and the other........

SD Bay Halibut on the chew

I landed three today also only one Legal but I landed the Legal on my Fly Rod. All on FT's One on a Lefty's Dieciever....

The color on the big one makes me think that guy is still alive. Did they put up any good battles?

Beautiful.... ok. I was having fun... the big one was the 25" 4lbs 12 ozs... The other, I had just caught, and was 20inches, and released safely. Just snapped a pic real quick. I set my alarm to 5:20AM, but awoke to the rain at 5ish AM, so I shut off my alarm and went back to bed. At 7:00AM, I awoke to perfect weather, so I went fishing!
