Rampin' it up
Drove down Sunday and paddled out Mon. am to blown out conditions but managed the YT out at the zone in 65ft. Rested Tuesday. Perfect conditions on Wed. am with birds working the kelp at sunrise.....made easy greenbacks of all sizes and made a couple of passes off the main kelp and then down to the second kelp just past Tranquillo to a wide open calico bite. Then paddled straight out to the zone and immediately got picked up by the WSB.....smaller than my last but fought twice as hard....boated her with no gaff (lost it Monday). The birds were working from sunrise to sunset on Wednesday and it's wide open down there right now. |

What's next , WFO Opah bite off Blacks ?
I can't take it anymore, the ridiculously good fishing is killing me. I feel like a rope is tied to every apendage, and someone just slapped the horses. From the Inshore paddies holding YFT alongside hungry Dorado, to the retarded extended summertime squid bite off La Jolla, and now this.
Don't get it twisted, Cuda ....but , I really need a .
