Redondo (KH) 6/6/20
On the water at about 6 Water was super rough, big wild swells and windy, thought about going back in. Started dropping on fish at a spot I had saved, pulled up a couple nice model reds. Decided to go chase the birds. Threw the same jig I was using for RF, no game fish. Just mackerel, a seagull (didn't eat the jig, just got tangled in it when he flew threw my cast), and a barracuda. Went back to RF spot on the way in and landed a big boy, don't need more RF as I've got a few in the freezer already, buddies and I decided to call it and I allowed my self to drift in towards the harbor. Threw my jig down again as we were drifting in, landed a nice sand bass. Gave all of the RF away at the dock. Kept the Sandy for ceviche.

Nice Vermillions. Good to see those -- during my Redondo days, they were rare, Salmon Groupers were the norm.
