Sheepshead mouth mount

First attempt on a sheepshead mount. Any tips or tricks from you guys? Tried to put it back together the right way but a little unsure.

Please note that if the fish in the picture is caught in Pacific Ocean, it is sheephead (without S).
It is a distant to Atlantic Porgy, which is sheepshead (with the S)

Sheephead=Pacific Ocean

Sheepshead=Atlantic Ocean

Per Wikipedia:
The sheepshead is found in coastal waters along the western Atlantic, from Nova Scotia to Brazil, but the greatest concentration is around southwest Florida. [3] Although the Sheepshead Bay section of Brooklyn, in New York City, was named after the fish, [4] it is now rarely found that far north. However, they just recently started to return to the area in small numbers, with a few being caught in the Jamaica Bay and on the Rockaway Reef.

This is a common mistake and I have seen it in a book published for kids in California and travel book for Baja!

I think because most people have heard the name 'sheepshead bay" and think that is where the name comes from.

No criticism intended.

You might be interested to know that sheephead also have a set of molars in their throats. I guess they use them for crushing urchins or whatever.
