Leaving for October on the Fly
I spent two hours at Von's shopping for the October on the fly trip leaving early tomorrow. This is the earliest I have been loaded for a trip. LEG works well and is a couple pounds lighter too. I will try it out on the kayak this trip. Also hopefully on the boat. The ankle works on uneven ground. So stoked. Let the Baja games begin. 4am tomorrow I will be at Johnnys Shell Station in El Cajon waiting for the guys. 5am SHARP we head for Mexicali. Might bee a little windy the first couple of days. BAJA hear I come. Seaing we now have internet at the restaurant I will post road conditions and fish reports on the Facebook page at Mako-Ville. Tight Lines amigos.

I'm leaving Wednesday morning, the wind forecast shows it gonna be breezy until Saturday and then its really gonna flatten out. However it does look like another hurricane is forming south of Cabo due to a spillover from Hurricane Michael in the Atlantic. Its forecasted to head due north, but its still pretty far off and can drastically change in that amount of time.
