Daiwa Lexa 400 help

So I borrowed my buddy's lexa 400 and was doing some line maintenance and decided to take off the side plate to try to get a better understanding of components. Long story short, as I was assembling the reel I ran into trouble getting the side plate back on.

Any suggestions?

yea don't take apart your buddies reel!!

Sorry, all jokes aside, I would pull up youtube. They have full break down and rebuild videos for the Lexa 400 that people have put up.

I know right? I didn't fully take apart the reel because i didn't want to run into any hassles. The part that I thought would be easy was what frustrated me for 30 + min.

I will look at youtube as you guys mentioned.
