Dredged water spots 1/14/17

Fished with Orca for some spotties yesterday.

Location: Super secret NPH.

Spots: Some guy's dock piling

Lures: Zman's slim swimz

Fishing: Mediocre to say in the least. The 3 dredging boats killed the bite off so badly.

I'm hoping that some regulars can chime in here, but it seems like the average grade of spotties has declined quite a bit. I've fished the harbor since 2012, which isn't long, but since then I've noticed that legal fish are becoming more and more scarce. 20 fish days? Never heard of it, but it's probably because I don't know spotties as well as I do other fish.
