Fish Tacos Like You've NEVER Seen

These are fried, crispy tacos. Not like the kind at Taco Bell,
where as soon as you bite into them, they crumble and
fall apart! These tacos are the real deal homemade
Mexican tacos that your Abuelita makes. This plus an
old world Yucatan spice called achiote, all over the fish,
makes for a fish taco like none other.

Break open the freezer, or go catch a big ol' fish, then
make these tacos at home. You'll be doing the Mexican
Happy Dance, guaranteed.

Tip: learn to make tacos like this with leftover pork, chicken or steak. That tip is worth a milliion bucks.

Thanks fellas, hope you guys catch a bunch of fish this New Year. Yanni
