Never tried them but don't see why they wouldn't be good. But there doesn't seem much meat in them. Maybe simmer a bunch to make a stock. The make a "lobster"? Bisque. Mike

I haven't actually seen any in person but they seem to be as big as shrimp. I know I have cooked up batches of crawdads that were that size, then just peeled the tails for etouffee.

When they come out in full force NPH is literally flooded with them. You'll see them all along the sand dying and stinking up the place.

I put a ram mount on the hatch for the FF. I was using a portable unit that I would just sit on the hatch but it did move around a lot. i think the ram mount will work better. I don't have a set up yet for when we go tandem.
