New "mouse trap" kayak design!

Saw this kayak at the Fred Hall Show.

I've seen ads for distributors on Craig's list from time to time. Their website was a little odd. I was wondering if they were legit. What did you think of them.

When I saw it the first time, the presenter was on his way to go for a meeting or such, so he asked me to come back.

Later I forgot about it until I was leaving and the show was over.

The first impression was good.

Good kayak with sides open to do fly fishing. The sides must be closed when on the way.

Chinese made and didn't like it for many reasons after talking with the rep... Also cost 2500 and will have to register it since it has a motor...

I agree

Rip off of another manufacture . Also looks like it will let you down in any kind of reasonable surf . .
Mo is that you ? Where are you ? I left you a couple of messages . Call me , I can get us on fish again, I promise. I'm just in a rut lately .
After your recent taste of the other white meat , I have not seen you .

Didn't know it was chinese made but was almost certain when I saw on the website they pointed out the foot controlled rudder twice in different terms like it was separate feature LOL. I saw it in long beach rolled my eyes and kept walking. Basically looked like a slapped together ripoff of freedom hawk, hobie evolve, h-bar, predator xl etc... nothing really novel or well designed. 96 pounds and just under 11', I don't see them doing well.
