Show diffidently has a Florida - Jose Wejebe - vibe to it..
Those yellows were rats compared what that area can produce. |

I just finished watching it and I really enjoyed it. I thought the production value was very good; Up to par with Sportsman Channel's "Meat Eater". I'll be watching this weekly.

Just watched the show...and it was pretty entertaining! I did like to see some of our local fishing though....but I was kinda jealous of the florida fishing...DAMN! Their fishing is GOOD!
I'm sure it'll be pretty popular with the locals around here and maybe even florida...but will it appeal to the masses...probably not. Especially it not being in a prime time spot...The show was fun to watch for me at least...! Can't wait to see the next episode.

Just watched it on Vemo. I thought it was excellent, well produced, two likable guys with great attitudes and knowledge. I loved the teasing about spinning vs. conventional as well as the different methods of fishing iron vs. live bait.
Great show!

Well made video. The host mentions how so many anglers take themselves too seriously. No machismo in the vid, just homies having fun n shooting the S.
East coast n west are way different. The comtent about only 1 spinner on the boat is so true, they love those thing back east. I lived in outer backs of NC for a year and did all mywithhore fishing wirh bait casters. Its very like south SD bay or mission bay spottie fishing. Guys back there had never seen bait casters used for any thing but large mouth bass. Obviously the FL guy was a skilled angler but you could tell the So Cal long rod was totally new to him. Back east I showed my coworkers a tady 45. These guys were all super hard core anglers n they'd never heard of surface iron Spinners n new jigging styles are come east to west. One of the biggest differences I noticed is they seam to like things complicated back east. I fished live bait west coast style; a hook at the end of the line and maybe a little sliding sinker. Most guys there would have beads, swivles, little flashy things, another swivle, then a heavy shock leader. I changed over to doing many things like the locals, even bought a spinner, but never got in to the more is better/take 15 minutes to set up/5 knot rig. Mike |

Watched it with the Family. I thought is was great.
Proud dad moment came when they landed the YT at the end, my 4 year old daughter asked "Is that a baby yellowtail?", and the wife chimed in, "Why would they gaff it if it's that small?" Looking forward to more episodes |

Ya, I DVR a lot of fishing shows and end up fast-forwarding through most of them, just stopping to watch when something looks interesting. This one got my interest for the whole show. I grew up back east, I can't cast a conventional to save my life. Andy |

That is the way to do it. The show had great video and editing. It is a lot more informative and at the same time fun in the interaction between the guys. No phony drama or other BS. The show is so much more, a real fishing show and what was on the Discovery Channel. I like how they pointed out the differences between East and West coast fishing. Both work, but each coast has changes for the bait, fish and water conditions. I enjoyed it and think most fisherman would also. Hope they get aired locally.

^ so sick!!
The grouper fishery in la bocana and surrounding areas flourishes so well because of the implemented co-ops. The co-ops have their own limits in place that are different than Mexican limits. Almost everyone down in these areas work for the co-ops, it is their livelihood and the towns main source of income. On any given day you can roll up to a reef and pull on 40lb+ grouper. It is a must go place for any baja fisherman. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

That is so awesome. I love the action and the editing is great. It looks like the producers and editors actually know something about fishing, wow what a concept. I hope it becomes a regular running fishing show, looking forward to more of this show.
