They said it was sighted by a kayaker, I was wondering if it one of us or the tourist yaks? Anyway, the report of Fox6 last night sounded more reasonable.
They said it was reported by a yaker that said it was longer than his yak and that he gave a good enough discription for the lifeguard to issue a warning. Then the lady from Scripps said they arent really around this time of year. 2cents. Joe |

There was a white shark sighted off La Jolla? Really? You mean right in the Pacific Ocean, the native habitat of white sharks? The place where they have lived for millions of years? That's really shocking news!
In all seriousness; whether they are seen or not I always assume that white sharks, and many other sharks, are living in the ocean when I enter it. Mike |
