Launched at mother's beach at 6 am yesterday to a slight breeze and calm seas. Made a couple greenbacks outside the harbour mouth and headed out to the kelp. Fly line and bounced one on the bottom for a couple hours. No hits. Water was a bit cloudy but there was plenty of bait around. Plan B. Threw some plastics around the lobster traps for a couple short sand bass and 1 legal. All released. Wind picked up late morning so I called it a day.
Just fun to be out there pulling on something.
