How To Eat Salt Cured Yellowtail
aka Yellowtail Gravlox, but now I've been asked, "how do I eat it?" Here's just a couple of ways: Salt Cured Fish Sandwich Here's a lunch time snack--like I just had-- where all you need is a small flavorful bun, mayo, onion, tomato and your salt cured yellowtail. Meze, or Mediterranean Appetizers All through out the Mediterranean people love their appetizers along with sipping their alcohol. Usually before a meal, Meze or Topas are a great way to enjoy multiple exciting dishes while slowly getting drunk. Sounds like fun? You bet!! Here's a Greek Meze I eaten at every Greek party I've attended, salt cured fish with lemon (lime), olive oil, tomatoes, and olives. Find out how to make salt cured yellowtail so you can feed people while getting drunk too. Just click the link. Yanni http://bit.ly/1QKpkDe Last edited by kayakfisherman; 09-30-2015 at 03:15 PM. |
