Irvine Lake

From their website: As of 7/23/2015 due to insurance restrictions private boats, kayaks, canoes and float tubes will be prohibited on the lake. Boat rentals are available for your convenience.

Insurance restrictions my arse...what a load of crap.

With all the RV & boat storage units, mud runs, fishing tourneys, Over The Hump Bike Races, RC park, camping, corporate picnics, concerts...I guess they don't want people fishing unless they are in RENTAL BOATS.
Pfffftttt. Whatever...
