Bluefin Burrito Bombers
I love fish burritos and I'm happy to share a how-to video on them. Sooner or later, you're gonna get your hands on some bluefin or yellowfin this summer. And, when you do, create this dish. Beware, it's not for the faint of heart. It's got grilled habaneros on the inside. Guaranteed to cure whatever ails you. Here's the link: http://bit.ly/1KI4RiF If you like Fishermansbelly.com tell your friends, thanks. Yanni Last edited by kayakfisherman; 07-10-2015 at 06:49 PM. |

Sick! I've been telling everybody about this site. Only if the lady's cooking game was up to par with your step by step instructions. Lol!

Yanni, can you use any other kinds of peppers?
How about jalapeños or even chipotles? -JJ- |

If you're looking to reduced the heat
don't use Chipotles, since there's nothing you can do to calm them down. But, if you remove the seeds and veins from the jalapeños, that will reduce the heat. Good luck! |

Every time you post another recipe, I get soooo... hungry. I just wonder how do you do it. How do you stay so skinny with all those amazing recipes you post. It must be in your genes cause I sure couldn't keep from gaining weight. I would be eating more of that stuff and off course that means I would be drinking even more beer. Tight Lines Yanni.

Cell128,
Looks great!! Rockfish is a great idea. Hope you catch lots of yellowtails this summer so you can trying stuffing your burritos with yellowtail (or maybe even tuna!!). |

Another great recipe yani!
The full size kitchen knife on the kayak and those Habaneros scare the crap outta me....I pride myself for being able to eat some hot shit....but the habanero's.....are just INSANITY!!! I thought I was gonna die after I took a bite outta one once... !

Made this with yt and Serrano peppers I had laying around (instead of habaneros). So good. Wife even liked it, and she is sick of the yt I've keep bringing home. That's saying quite a bit.
