Rolled so hard you thought I was snitchin
Hit la jolla today 4-9, launched about 7am with bait poppin everywhere. Back in by about 1:30 to 2:00 with not one bite....and that's when I rolled on the way back in. Almost always swim my kayak in but I saw small waves and got cocky. 2 rods came lose and so did my backpack. Obviously should have been tied down. Luckily it was close to shore and two guys came running out to help me recover the lost stuff. Not sure if I would have been able to get everything back with out them. Probably the coolest thing thats happened to me at la jolla so far, didn't catch the guys names but just in case they're BWE members, thanks for the help guys. Saved my a$$ |

No problem. When i saw your jig stick on the bottom i was almost as stoked as you were. Glad you got all you're stuff back. And dont worry you're not the first or the last to flip in short interval ankle slappers.

I was out there too came in around 4, glad you got everything back. Those little waves can sneak up and do some damage to a piece floating plastic.
