What's a good seat upgrade for Hobie Revo 13
Am wondering what some seats-of-choice are out there that are a good fit for the boat and what they help with. As always thank all on this supportive, sometimes humorous forum.

If you want to splurge get the "pro angler seat upgrade"
It's the best three grand you'll ever spend

Or if you're truly committed, LOSE the Hobie and UPGRADE to a Wilderness Systems rig!

As I said on the phone Seairsports Pacific Angler, I have used it in the Adventure, Revo 13 and settled in nicely in the Quest 13.

The seat pad is just a taaaaad hard for me on my seaairsports seat but for some reason it doesn't get me too sore and I have a sensitive butt since getting out of prison.
I think there is a thicker version than the one I have which is cushier but if I remember right, it sat me up too high for my liking. I took my seat to an appolstery shop and they said they can take mine apart and put a layer of memory foam nicely on top and recover it for me. My main issues are tailbone pain and I get it bad. Not so bad with the one I have though since it has a small gap in the back. I bought mine from MrM and he said he went out on it for 6-8hr days as well without issues. I don't like the high back on mine though. |

Nice fish! Good seat info too!
I snagged that knockoff I asked about from a BWE member over the weekend. Need to get by OEX Sunset Beach for parts/install. Maybe a rod holder or two too.
