His technique for switch hand positions from his "trolling method" to fighting mode sucks...
If he's going to do it like that at least leash the reel so it can't go over... |

I have witnessed this quite a few times. Twice we actually recovered rods when other passengers caught the dropped rods lines. My favorite was one time on a charter on the Chubasco II we had a guy no shit lose 3 rods, all custom wrapped with Trinidad's. The kicker is that none of them were his, they belonged to a buddy who was on that trip with him. True story, one of the craziest, stupidest things that ever happened when I worked on that boat. |
