Hobie Kayaks, new for 2014

The Sport has some new lines and features the Lowrance Ready just like on the PAs.

Originally only available on the PA12 and 14, Lowrance Ready is now available on the Sport, Revo 13, Quest 13 and Outback

Steering tension has been added to the line of features on the PA 12 and 14, you can tighten it when needed like landing and going down swell.

Hobie had a lot of incremental changes and improvements for 2013. The Quest has a new hull too. It now looks like a Revo 13, just without the drive well and still has those great foot pegs.

It figures...after waiting a couple years, I pull the trigger on a new outback, and they come out with the integrated transducer mount (the only complaint I had with my '13).
Oh well, maybe I sell my new one and start from scratch!
I want one!

Do you take trade ins on outbacks? My single biggest complaint has been the problem with the transducer and where and how to mount it......I also wonder if the new pocket for the transducer will accept the one for the dsi model on the lowrance brand???

It will accept a Lowrance DSI Model. Also Hobie makes an adapter kit for Humminbird units.
