How do you Cook your Lobsters?
A tablespoon of olive oil, White wine, Butter, Garlic, red onion, cilantro (a splash of tequila per jayclay) Start with the garlic and onion in a sauce pan with the olive oil. Sauté for about 45 seconds over high heat Add butter (Sauté until it melts) Add wine and cilantro (Splash of tequila is optional) Then baste the mixture over (Fresh cleaned & butterfly Lobster Tails) Cook face down over (Heavy Bark Pieces of) apple, cherry and pecan wood for about 5-8 minutes depending upon the grill temperature Call me over so we can all enjoy!!
