PA 14 - transducer question.
Any pointers or experience in making this fit? Is the 80/200 smaller transducer? Thanks in advance.. |

Hi Honcho,
Lowrance is working on modifying the 50/200 kHz HDI transducer to fit the Lowrance Ready cavity. The 83/200 kHz HDI transducer is smaller and will fit in the Lowrance Ready cavity. I would recommend contacting Lowrance and letting them know about your issue so you can get the modified version that will fit when it is ready and available. I just bought 2 Lowrance Elite 7 HDI's with the 50/200 kHz transducers and had the same problem. I modified my transducers myself to fit in to the Lowrance Ready cavity but you may want to wait since they are aware of this issue and are working on a solution. |
