White Sea Bass?

I am getting ready to move on to the next fish in my bucket list. I would like to catch a white seabass. I am in the military so I don't know how long, I will stay in SD, so I am trying to get a few pointers to get me in the right direction. I don't expect the all of the ninja secrets, just one or two to get me started. Thanks all!
