Lost custom rod....
I was in the YT grounds, or kelp forest just off LJ... Lost a custom wrapped cal star 700m with custom weaved handle and 2 speed avet mxl.... I have heard of crazier things happening then finding gear out there, so if anyone comes across this, please let me know!!!! Thanks, Aaron

Rod was leashed to my rod holder... thats why it took that too...

i saw the rod fall over, but was still in the holder at the time. thought he had it saved until i heard the yelling.

Freespool and the clicker are your friends, lever drags are good for trolling and soaking

im thinking it was on a scotty mount or something like it and got ripped off. hopefully no damage, just missing rod holder.

No damamge. I had that wing nut as tight as it would go... And I really did not think my drag was tight, I did have it in gear becasue I was kicking around, but did not think my drag was stronger than the rod holder.
