Bite: seal, bait, kelp, baby calico3", and biggest fish or the year(ME)
Where: 4 miles atleast out from hotel and everywhere in between
I launched at 5:30, peddles out with a cool guy that helped me find my first mac of the day, got out to the kelp by 6 and fished for bait till 10 and then headed out trolling, headed in by 2 and finished off the day fishing for hali by the peir, is hali fishing even good by scripps peir?

In a nutshell, the only thing that is legal to do up by the pier is make bait. We had to fight tooth and nail to even allow that concession.
