Wow - yet another non-native species invading our waterways.

What are they eating? I can't imagine there being many fruit/nut trees growing in Illinois.

'Lorena Bobbitt' fish menaces kayak fishermen

Port Hueneme - The thumpity-thump Quint heard under the Orca's deck in "Jaws" doesn't compare to what Channel Islands kayak fisherman are experiencing. Faster than you can say, "Holy linear polyethylene Batman," fisherman are finding their $1,500 boats slashed and certain apendages under pursued by a new invasive fish species . . .
