A while ago someone posted a link to buy a FoodSaver for a good price - so I got one of those. Unfortunately not much opportunity to use it.

Closeouts come up for sale all the time for dirt cheap. They get posted here pretty regularly.

kohls

We got our most recent one at kohl's on discount. The savers are cheap. The plastic can start to add up if you havexa good year. But then who would complain?

Not sure where you live, but you might try looking at GTM. Its a crap shoot whether they'll have one in, but we bought one that sells for $180 for something like 30 bucks with a bunch of bags included.

I had leakage issues also but I just double seal it and ended that issue,
Mine is about 8-10 years old works fine, it has sealed a lots and lots of fish, deer, boar and many other things over the years
