no yak, but MLPA related

since Zuma beach will be on the no fish list as of Jan 1st...
I figured I oughta do a farewell to Zuma surf fishing tour...
it was the damndest thing...
Gulp was not working...
but the Kelp clothing hat and the red flake 3" big hammers were...
I now have a new PB surf perch...JUMBO!!!

I landed about 7 or 8 nice ones today...
three of them were in the "HOG" classification...
here's another whopper...

I'm still laughing out loud about this fish...
it had to be over three pounds...

5 more days till it's closed forever...
go git some big ones...
they're out there...

Looks like good times, I've thought about calling off work to make a MLPA fishing tour for the week but had to use the time to fix the plumbing on my 1932 house. A tragedy that such a historic beach will be closed to people who actually care about the fishery conditions.
