I'm seeing red..
I had to stop fishing, hit the limit in 2 hours. I made it back home early so I can be ready for tomorrow. Its a Full Moon guys/gals - lets see what else wants to cooperate tomorrow. Maybe some other colors...

Leave the skin on one side, coat the fish in EVOO, garlic salt, oregano, and fresh cracked pepper. Cook for 10 minutes skin side down, then flip the fish for another 4 minutes and its done. Juicy and delicious. --------------------------------------- I fished local this morning. Conditions were beautiful, lots of bait, lots of life, but no love from the white or yellow kind.
