Ram Mount Question
I just added a couple of Ram Mounts on the back of my Outback to include 2 more rod holders on my ride. I went out the other day and found that even thought I tightened them down as much as I could, one slipped down all the way and the other moved about 45 degrees with heavy rods in them. Almost lost an expensive set up. Any suggestions to make these ram mounts more stable when you put some heavy rods in there? Maybe scuff up the ball?

had the same problem. I got some hard white plastic rings - kinda of like a washer but thicker. put a couple of those on both sides of the spring and that will work
