I forgot to give description of my glasses. It is progressive, which means it looks like sunglasses in the sun and turns into clear glasses indoor.

I got an elastic tube/strap for my prescription glasses from Wakesports. Highly recommend it since I wiped out good last week and lost my hat and sunglasses that fit over my glasses, but didn't loose my prescription glasses.
That is a real drag to loose those. |

Sorry to hear of your lost glasses. I can really relate as I lost the same 2 weeks ago at LJ shores, so I thought you might let me hitch a ride on your thread. Mine were like a smaller version of the aviator style with progressive (multifocal), transitional (darken in sun) lenses. After pricing them last week ($500) I thought I might as well ask! If found, I would really appreciate a contact at starwayne@yahoo.com
Thanks, Wayne |

Just a thought, but it might help to post where you were fishing when you lost it.
Only 2 posts; I'm not sure anybody knows where you 'regularly' fish. |

I regularly fish in Redondo beach, but made a trip down to La Jolla on Friday 6/3/11 to try out my luck. It was'nt my turn yet, I guess...... I flipped over twice in La Jolla. The first time, I lost a small tackle box, now my glasses. I am sure, I will be loosing more stuff in future too.... but I will never give up.

Sorry to hear about your lost glasses. You might want to give Nexstraps eyewear retainers a try - if they somehow fall off your face, they aren't going anywhere. Cheap insurance.

Me Too
I have lost three pair now, so if you find any good ones send me a pair. I do have the strap but get lazy once in a while.
