I left work early and saw the reports from the morning. I decided to get out there. Super easy bait a couple of soft pick ups turned out to be large Calico. Ended up with my personal best 19" very fat 5#'s. Sad part of the night was hooked up with a quality fish on the surface. New to tying the Albright knot. It was my first chance and testing it. Well a hasty tie and not reviewing it before left. Left me singing a sad tail. He slipped the knot keeping me in a heck of a slump. All I can say is this too shall pass. Although I'm not quite over it this morning.
