Its right up there w the white hooked from the pier that "attacked" the swimmer. That had bad consequences for fishermen that took away fishermans rights.

Just think about the implications of this sensationalistic bullshit you might want to post.

Right...somebody should put the brakes on this one...really....Now it's to the point it could get out of control. If this some how makes nation wide news, it could be a bad thing for us fisherman... and especially for the guys that caught the shark. I think you guys promoted this one way too much. In this polarized environment we all live in today...you never know how our enemies might want to use this....

Case in point...

I'm just playin around. I personally think it's bad karma to kill and eat any shark. That's a Hawaiian thing. But I know they are legit gamefish and good table fare. Better to kill a pup than a mature breeder

Case in point...

These two cases are apples and oranges.

This fisherman took a legal species as a by-catch which was then consumed for sustenance. Something done since the beginning of time.

The dentist shot a top predator which is illegal for the sole purpose of sport only to leave its carcass to rot.

I personally will never allow radicals such as PETA or any other group to exert any influence over my moral compass when it comes to legally hunting and taking food from nature. There is zero moral or ethical equivalency between these two cases.

I say next time shoot the video in 4k!

"Extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice. And let me remind you also that moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue."
