I already have a gaff and am already over worked but decided to play around with this on my computer. here give me some feedback. Fun stuff haven't designed anything fishing related before. Traced the gaffs from the picture you posted in you other thread about it.
I actually like the more simple approach This one we could play with the lettering a bit to make it present cleaner. It also would be easier to mark the the gaffs with since I imagine the top designs would be tougher to get onto titanium although I don't really know much about titanium except the cool little components I used to have on my old mountain bike. don't try then
Nice post Matt.
I think we should teach Sessa a lesson and nobody submit anything. Yeah, that's it don't submit. besides; my son in law is going to kick a$$ with his design. I just sent him the info tonight. I mean, I'm not going to participate in this In all honesty Sessa, thanks for giving the forum a chance to participate. I'm sure whoever submits and you select will be Awesome. |

MJ: U should keep your 2 cents as similar to your artwork submission..it is not worth much.
Joe..Nice of you to put some designs together for them. Good start! |

My Submission
Mike:
Since you are being so kind as to donate your product to the Moyer Tourney, the least I could do is spend a couple hours of my time toward this...Images and my take on the design below: Since you guys work with metal and are most likely going to make other items other than gaffs in the future my idea was a cool looking fish logo that could be used as a base. Fonts and type content can easily be changed around. I know you were asking for skull and "gaff" bones but I think that has been "played out" and a simple design will lean toward a cleaner more professional appearance. They will also allow for flexibility in printing, engraving and using the same logo for other items. Thanks, Steve |

Nice designs forefrazier. What I like about these is it gives them an option to expand their product line outside of gaffs if and when they choose without having to change the logo to much or the branding.

I'll be honest, I have no computer skills. My friend Ryan whipped this up in like 2 min. He's a great graphic design guy, as well as pretty skilled in website design, video editing ect. If you guys need any work, let me know and I'll contact him.
Free gaff sounds good though... |
