After drooling over each picture I had to try a recipe for myself... I decided on the Yellowtail spring rolls for dinner on friday. Wow, they did not disappoint. My girlfriend and I crushed these things! Great recipe Yanni, thanks!

that's pretty much the way I cook my fish...with bones and all. I don't
fillet any more.
