Harry... Mission Bay is almost always better spotty fishing, especially in the winter. The edge of grass/sand can be good for butts.

Ed, I like Mission Bay better just because of the drive. I just need to learn where the sandy bottoms are. In the shallows I can see the edge but I need to learn to see it on my ff. Mission Bay is farther for me to drive but I don't have to do the Corona Crawl to get there. I will still fish Newport though because we do have fun there.

Bow... definitely didn't miss anything. If I had dressed for cold it would've been much better.
Harry, I would fish sd every week if I could afford it. Next week i'll probably fish Dana and then the week after mission.
