We're so sorry to hear about your Mom. I'm sure she had a hand in the fish and will helping you along.

Nice fish!

Dang Mikey....sorry to hear about your mom.

No doubt she had a hand in guiding you to that fish. You definitely deserved that one.

Tony.

Way to go out there and make it happen after such a terrible loss. That smile says it all. Enjoy your special moment and an awesome fish. I'm sure your mother would be happy to see you on the water enjoying life!

My heart goes out

My heart goes out to you and your family over the loss of our mother.
I'm sure she would have been proud of you with a catch like that. Hope to see you on the water soon either in So Cal or Mexico

More than once I have experienced the reassurance that I choose to call the "Grace of God" on the water.

Parents...

They always are thinking about us, our parents. You can be 53 years old, and they call you, even at that age and the time that has lapsed, we are always first in their minds. She was thinking you needed a little boost. It was her way of thanking you for loving her. Nice fish!

Mikey, I was so happy to hear of your largest yellowtail yet that your mom gave to you. You really needed that as I know it has been extremely hard for you the past 6 months.

I am glad you got to spend time with your mom and your family going through life's final journey. We all go through it and I know your have a very close family and that really helps in the grieving.

I can tell she was an remarkable woman by the exceptional son she raised.

Our prayers are with you and your family.

Take care of yourself brother, Chris
