Finished... I took it out for a decent short ride yesterday. It's pretty impressive on the road. I was concerned it might feel heavy or slow but it's just the opposite very agile well balanced and quick. The bike feels surprising light and responsive which I think might in a large part be do to the balance of it's suspension. It's got good geometry, it's level when riding, and has matching sag front and rear. These things add up to a bike that feels more like a road bike then a dirt bike. You never know exactly how something is going to turn out when you do something totally new. It completely exceeds my expectations. I've never ridden anything quite like it. No issues whatsoever.
Got to love how level it sits. Nice and tall without looking like an overgrown dirt bike, that's exactly what I wanted. |
