save yourself $9

launch
Park on Stephen M White Drive just past the entrance
you'll see a dirt walkway that leads down to the beach

landing
if you have enough juice in you hull your kayak back up the dirt walkway
or
drop your kayak in one of the parking spots near the pay booth
grab your car
get in and out within 20minutes and its free
I like free.........thanks!

Does anyone have an address as reference? I've only fished LJ, and am only semi-familiar with San Diego. I might head out that way, if I can figure out where it is.

Good fishing with you guys......but not good fishing! for me any way, nothing but dabs and lizard fish. Wind blew us out there and blew us off the water at noon.

Yea the fishing wasn't that great but...
I caught a big sand bass on my first drop before it even hit the bottom.
He's going to be dinner within the hour.
And I finally caught my first lizard fish after fishing on the yak for 6 years. Lol

Thinking about it this was the first time that i did not have to paddle as much!

Note to self: don't pull a drift sock when its behind the rudder!

I have no idea how we are going to fix this one.
It was great fishing with you guys.

By the way that sand bass was delicious.
Any tips on how to cook a couple sand dabs besides just frying them for tomorrows lunch

Hey Frank, give Tim a call. He has a never, ever used outback for sale. This is the perfect time for a Christmas gift to self.
