And I also ran across another one of these, 37" and 20 lbs. in 113 feet of water on squid.










Yellowtail were everywhere; I could tell by the circling terns (and bent rods and hollering on the boats), but they wouldn't eat my spanish mack. And I'm OK with that.

Nice 'but! Have seen sargo balled up like that once diving off MB jetty. Awesome sight to see.

Great vid Larry. I know other inshore/reef fish leave the reefs to spawn in open water but didn't know sargo do this too. Mike
