Rigging questions.

I bought a pair of 30 degree flush mount rod holder, but for some reason, now i don't want to drill holes on my kayak....

And now i am going to get a milk crate, i see people usually just buy those plastic white tube from home depot, and use plastic strap to wrap it straight up as rod holder....is anyway to attach the flush mount holder on a milk crate and keep the 30 degree? i just don't want it straight up.......

Sorry for the noob's question..

I have a milk crate with 5 vertical (PVC) rod holders and 2 at angles for trolling. I also have a bucket in the milk crate with a bubble box for a cheap bait tank.
